- sandhya sI enrolled for the online basic yoga course conducted by Govinda Bhatji. I have previously practiced yoga but would still consider myself a beginner. The Yogayana online yoga course is brilliantly structured making it easy for the student to be able to practice and learn. Govindaji's calm demeanor, patience and demonstrations set the perfect environment to learn. The weekly yoga nidra classes became so addictive and relaxing. I thank Govindaji and Yogayana for inspiring me to further explore the wonders of yoga.

Lavanya I commenced simple breathing techniques as per instruction from Mr. Govinda Bhat. Just after a month I started seeing results! - ramya bI have been practising yoga under the guidance of Mrs Lavanya Bhat for over a decade now. Yogayana’s approach to yoga is very thorough , methodical and scientific. We are introduced to new levels of asanas and pranayama with proper theory lessons and very clear instructions . It’s amazing that even advanced asanas are being performed by students via online teaching . The changing asana sequences every day makes the classes very interesting and engaging .Pranayama and yoga Nidra are an integral part of the weekly schedule . Asana and pranayama progressions are very seamless at yogayana . For Rathasapthami, the training for suryanamaskaras started gradually, almost 2 months ahead . At the initial stages the goal of performing 108 suryanamaskaras seemed daunting. On the big day, however, it was almost easy. We were all physically and mentally ready.
