I have been part of Yogayana family from past 1year and I am happy to say that my lifestyle has been changed after started practicing yoga. I was very allergic and used to get continuous sneezing throughout my day and I could easily get tired because of this. But under the guidance of my gurus Lavanya mam and Govinda Bhat sir I took Jalaneti class and it's been almost 1year I started practicing, I can see the difference of my own body. I never thought that Learning Yoga Is so very easy and fun! I was under the impression that it is very difficult to spend an hour practicing yoga! But thanks to YogaYana, they proved me completely wrong!! Since I joined YogaYana, I have been practicing yoga for almost 90 minutes daily, right from my home in New Jersey, USA under the able mentorship of Yoga Gurus, Shree Govinda Bhat and Shreemathi Lavanya Bhat over Zoom! Practicing yoga seems very easy when they teach us. I feel very comfortable with my body and feel that I have much better control over my mind right now. I love the way they teach us Yoga that addresses almost every part of our body as well as our mind. I love the meditation sessions as well as powerful Yoga Nidra! I have been practicing yoga for the last three years under the guidance of Guru Smt Lavanya Bhat. It has been a wonderful experience and have benefitted in my physical well-being, emotionally elated by the practice and set a spiritual path to explore. Recently I attended the yoga-nidra workshop conducted by Guru Shri Govinda Bhat which has helped me to deal with stress and sleeping disorders. YogaYana offers Classical Hatha Yoga classes online via Zoom. It covers holistic practices for body and mind: Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Bandha, YogaNidra and Meditation. We also teach Shatkarma, the six powerful cleansing practices prescribed in Hatha Yoga. These restorative and rejuvenating practices for the body and mind bring positive changes in physical health and state of the mind. Starting with gentle practices to improve flexibility and joint mobility, paying individual attention, we hand hold you towards developing an all round integrated practice. Ancient wisdom of Yoga holds the key to manage the stressful modern lifestyle. Regular practice of Yoga leads to a healthy body, increased energy levels, a balanced and calm mind.

New batch commences every three months.

We follow Bihar School of Yoga tradition. Teachers are Certified from Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, GoI.
