- sandhya sI enrolled for the online basic yoga course conducted by Govinda Bhatji. I have previously practiced yoga but would still consider myself a beginner. The Yogayana online yoga course is brilliantly structured making it easy for the student to be able to practice and learn. Govindaji's calm demeanor, patience and demonstrations set the perfect environment to learn. The weekly yoga nidra classes became so addictive and relaxing. I thank Govindaji and Yogayana for inspiring me to further explore the wonders of yoga.
- mahesh kIt’s been 2 years since I started yoga practice. Must say it’s been a life changing experience. With no exercise during covid period, some of my health indicators got really worse. Tried gym, tried changing diet but nothing helped the numbers. That is when I got Yogayana reference by one of our close friends. Tried it for a week and immediately liked it. Beginner class by Govind Bhat ji helped me get used to the format and helped really get the basics right. 3 months in this class helped me get used to the routine as yoga was new for me. It’s the best way for anyone new to get into world of yoga without really getting overwhelmed. Lavanya ji then ensured that the advanced class wasn’t overwhelming for a new entrant. Within few days I was doing the advanced poses and it’s becoming a habit. Being a regular in the class really helped here. - Prasanna TAfter Covid my wife introduced me to Yogayana Zoom session from Govind Sir and Lavanya Madam and i have been actively practicing for the past 2 years without breaks. I have gone through continuous improvements on Asanas,Pranayama and Nadi shuddi. I am eagerly waiting for Tuesday’s 25 minutes meditation and Thursday’s 30 minutes yoga Nidra every week religiously.During Ratha Saptami I always make sure to do 108 Surya Namaskara (Sun salutation) and Teachers always helped us to slowly ramp up practice months before so that on that day we could complete 108 Asanas. All yoga programs have helped me spiritually and professionally.Thank you Yogayana for helping me to decide right choices in calm minds.I am whole heartedly recommending to grow on spiritual and personal journey.
